Coaxiality Calibration: The coaxiality of the guide posts and guide sleeves is calibrated using a laser interferometer, with the error controlled within 0.001mm.
2. Clean Production Environment
Class 10,000 Cleanroom: The concentration of dust particles ≥0.5um ≤352,000 particles/m within the room prevents impurities from adhering to the mold surface.
Personnel and equipment control: Operators wear hooded sterile gowns, masks, and gloves, and enter the workshop after passing through an air shower to remove dust; equipment is regularly sterilized with ozone or hydrogen peroxide.
