The main reason for storing molds during the production cycle is to avoid rust inside the mold. Even if the outside of the mold is rusted, it will not affect the production work. Therefore, when the mold is stored on the shelf, the upper and lower molds inside the mold can be sprayed with paint. When it is used, it can be degreased with chemical cleaning water such as oil water, anti-corrosion and dustproof. It can be covered with a plastic bag or wrapped with oil paper, and marked with marks that need to be repaired or completed maintenance. The injection molding mold warehouse is clearly marked, and the storage and access to the mold should be convenient and quick.
