1. Material Selection: The mold steel must simultaneously meet biocompatibility and mechanical performance requirements. For mold components that come into contact with medication or human tissue, materials such as S136 stainless steel are preferred. These materials, after special treatment, can withstand high-temperature sterilization and meet biocompatibility standards.

2. Machining Precision: The machining of key components relies on specialized equipment, such as ultra-precision grinding machines and wire EDM machines, to ensure that the flatness of the mold parting surface and the machining accuracy of microstructures meet design requirements.

3. Inspection and Verification: Inspection must be implemented in three levels, including basic dimensional inspection, surface quality inspection, and functional verification. Comprehensive inspection of the mold is conducted using equipment such as a coordinate measuring machine and metallographic microscope to ensure that the mold quality meets standards.

4. Environmental Control: Mold production must be carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom to prevent impurities from adhering to the mold surface. Meanwhile, the temperature and humidity in the workshop need to be kept stable to reduce processing errors caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of steel.
