What Steel is Used for Meltblown Fabric Molds?
YK30 (SK3) carbon tool steel is used for meltblown fabric molds, similar to the mainland grade T10A.
Usage: Stripping, upper and lower cushion plates, high demand plywood, low demand female and male molds.
Mechanical properties: Heat treatment quenching temperature of 760 ° C, return water temperature of 140 °~250 ° C, hardness HRC50 °~58 ° C.
D3, Alloy tool steel is similar to C12 in mainland China.
Usage: Board stripping, bottom pad, low requirement female and male molds.
Mechanical properties: Heat treatment quenching temperature of 950 °~980 °, return water temperature of 180 °~250 °, hardness HRC50 °~56 °.
SKD11, Similar to domestically produced CR12M0V
Usage: Male mold, female mold, and molds with higher requirements, such as the detachment of continuous molds for stainless steel spring plates.
Mechanical properties: Heat treatment quenching temperature of 980 °~1050 °, return water temperature of 180 °~250 °, hardness HRC 55 °~62 °.
DC53 (an upgraded product of SKD)
Usage: Commonly used for male and female molds with high density.
Mechanical properties: Hardness and wear resistance are better than SKD, and deformation coefficient is lower than SKD. The heat treatment quenching temperature is 980 °~1050 °, the return water temperature is 180 °~250 °, and the hardness is HRC55 °~62 °.
The above types of meltblown fabric mold materials can be selected.
