The structure of the mold may vary greatly due to differences in plastic varieties and properties, shapes and structures of plastic products, and types of injection machines, but the basic structure is consistent. The mold is mainly composed of a pouring system, a temperature control system, molded parts, and structural parts. The pouring system and molded parts are the parts that come into direct contact with the plastic and change with the plastic and the product. They are extremely complex and variable parts in the mold, requiring the highest processing smoothness and precision.

Hebei injection molds consist of two parts: a moving mold and a fixed mold. The moving mold is installed on the moving template of the injection molding machine, while the fixed mold is installed on the fixed template of the injection molding machine. When opening the mold, the dynamic and fixed molds are separated to facilitate the removal of plastic products. In order to reduce the heavy workload of mold design and manufacturing, most injection molds use standard mold frames.
