Rubber injection molding is a precision processing technology that injects the mixed rubber into a closed mold through an injection machine and completes vulcanization under high temperature and high pressure. Its core advantages are as follows:

1. High precision and high quality

The cavity pressure reaches 100-150MPa, which can form bubble-free, dense products with high surface finish and dimensional accuracy of ±0.05mm.

The rubber is heated evenly: through the combination of screw plasticization and plunger injection, the rubber is continuously heated before filling the mold, the temperature difference between the surface and the interior is small, the vulcanization quality is uniform, and the local under-sulfurization or over-sulfurization problems of traditional molding are avoided.

2. Efficient production and automation

Short molding cycle: The vulcanization time is 50%-70% shorter than that of traditional molding. For example, injection molding of natural rubber products only takes 80 seconds, while molding takes 20-25 minutes.

Fully automated process: Integrates feeding, plasticization, injection, vulcanization, demolding and other processes to reduce manual intervention, suitable for mass production, such as automotive seals, with a daily production capacity of tens of thousands of pieces.

3. Adaptability to complex structures

Support metal insert composite molding: The insert positioning accuracy is high, suitable for manufacturing rubber products with metal skeletons (such as shock absorbers, oil seals).

Micro-product molding capability: It can produce precision rubber parts with a wall thickness of less than 0.5mm, such as medical rubber plugs and electronic connector seals.

4. Material utilization and environmental protection

No waste of scraps: The rubber is directly injected into the mold cavity, and the material utilization rate is close to 100%, which is 20%-30% higher than the molding process.

Low energy consumption and clean production: The vulcanization process is completed in a closed mold, reducing exhaust emissions and meeting environmental protection requirements.
