Typical Production Process

Raw Material Pretreatment: Plastic granules are thoroughly dried; conventional materials are dried at 85℃ for 4 hours.

Plasticizing Injection: Molten plastic is injected into a precision mold cavity under high pressure.

Cooling and Shaping: Mold temperature is controlled to ensure uniformity, and cooling time is extended to ensure product solidification.

Post-Demolding Treatment: Internal stress is relieved through annealing; some exterior parts undergo surface treatments such as polishing and UV coating.
